Baby Theodore

Baby Theodore

At 8 days new, I spent the morning with Russell, Ashleigh, their fur babies and their newest, sweetest addition - baby Theodore Stanley. He is P E R F E C T I O N and you bet that I savoured (and inhaled!) all the sweet fresh baby goodness. A few frames from a chilly morning at home with the Fergusons -

Lauren + Ben

Star-crossed lovers, so very close to my heart. Lauren and I have had a wonderful relationship over the last twelve years and it has been just the very best to watch her love story unfold before my very eyes. I adore both Lauren and Ben and am absolutely giddy to see them make it official in only a few days time. The best is yet to come, dear friends!

Welcoming Judah

One of the most sacred and treasured experiences thus far in my photography career was documenting the birth of baby Judah - my first foray into birth photography. Being invited into such a private and intimate space was an honour and a privilege. Birth is extraordinary - no matter how that perfect little human decides to enter our world. Allanah was strong, fierce and courageous as she birthed her beautiful boy in the dying moments of Easter Saturday. It was a miracle I was able to make it, after photographing a wedding 45minutes from where Allanah was birthing I hit the highway and made it with just over an hour to spare. I will forever treasure the opportunity to be there.

I’m passionate about documenting your birthing journey. If it’s something you’ve considered, please get in touch - I’d love to make it happen. Head to my info page for some more details about the birthing packages I offer.

Welcome, Judah.

Jenni + Nic | The Cape Kitchen, Phillip Island

Jenni + Nic’s destination wedding in their home-away-from-home, Phillip Island, was the most incredibly laid back, fun and festive affair. Jenni + Nic knew exactly how they wanted their day to go and were not afraid to shy away from tradition. From choosing to have me spend time with the boys at the beach instead of getting ready, to that heart-melting first look - the day was completely them. They wanted to spend as much time together and with their tribe of wedding guests and I relished in the short and sweet opportunity for traditional bridal portraits. The food was exquisite (even though I was 6 weeks pregnant and a little restricted in that respect!) and the location was glorious. These two welcomed a baby girl earthside just last week and I’m so pumped to catch up with them again and meet their little lady baby!

Ferguson Family

Naomi is a stunning mumma to four boys and a very talented photographer. I was chuffed (and a little nervous!) when she contacted me wanting a family session. Life got busy, things came up and our shoot was rescheduled a few times. At last, we were all available, babes were happy and the most glorious sunset was forecast. After a short drive to her family’s property near Seaspray, we unpacked the car and wandered and played through the most  golden of golden grass as the sun began to fall under the horizon. Naomi is one of the best kind of people - filled to the brim with love for her babes and relishing in the life they are blessed to live.

Alison + Jesse | Redcourt Homestead

Alison + Jesse were wed in East Gippsland at the beautiful Redcourt Homestead grounds. We were b-l-e-s-s-e-d with some autumn Victorian weather and spent the day clouded in glorious (warm!) sunshine - all the better for bush walking/sea-side smooching! We ventured a little outside of the Redcourt grounds but returned in time for THE most magic sunset light! One of my favourite parts of the tail end of the SS wedding season. Loved up and surrounded by their nearest and dearest - Alison and Jesse’s wedding was a ‘goodun to finish off my season.
